DTF APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

✅ How to Apply DTF Transfers

Follow these simple steps for a perfect, long-lasting finish every time:

1. Set Your Heat Press

  • Temperature: 300°F – 325°F

  • Pressure: Medium to Firm

  • Time: 10–15 seconds

2. Pre-Press Your Garment

  • Press the garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

3. Position the Transfer

  • Place the DTF transfer design-side up onto your garment, adhesive side down.

  • Use heat-resistant tape if needed to keep it in place.

4. Press the Transfer

  • Close the press and apply firm pressure for 10–15 seconds.

5. Let It Cool (Important!)

  • Allow the transfer to cool completely before peeling. (This is a cold peel.)

6. Peel & Finish

  • Gently peel off the film once cool.

  • For best results, cover with parchment or a Teflon sheet and press again for 5–10 seconds to lock in the design.

💡 Tips for Best Results

  • Test on a scrap garment first.

  • Make sure your press has even heat and pressure.

  • Store transfers flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
