All transfer sales are final — we do not accept refunds or exchanges on transfers.

Non-Personalized Clothing & Tumblers
We want you to love your items and be proud to wear and use them!
If you’re not satisfied for any reason, please contact us — we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Returns are accepted for unworn and unused items within 10 days of receiving your order.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Personalized Items
All sales on personalized items are final — we cannot accept refunds or exchanges.

Incorrect Delivery / Returned Shipments
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered during checkout, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages & Issues
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
